I believe in what happens when you give yourself a chance.

I’m Tiandra Bullock, founder of FRNZ, business development leader, strategist and creator. I know what it feels like to have a vision for your life before you have a clear plan for getting there. That space between wanting more and knowing where to begin is part of why I created FRNZ.

My belief in personal growth started early. In a customer service course in eleventh grade, I watched The Secret, and it changed the way I thought about my future. I began to understand how much possibility opens up when you take your ambitions seriously and start taking action toward them.

Since then, education has been one of my most meaningful investments in myself. From my academic journey to practical courses that helped me learn new skills, I’ve seen how learning can build confidence and change the decisions you feel capable of making. An online event planning course even gave me the tools to plan my own wedding. Experiences like that shaped a belief I still carry: sometimes, what changes your direction is access to the right information and the willingness to use it.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve brought that curiosity and drive into my work. Today, as Director of Client Success & Business Development at Unishippers, I help businesses navigate the decisions behind their growth, from shipping and operations to client relationships and long term strategy. I manage a portfolio of more than 100 accounts, support sales team development and work with business owners to turn challenges into practical next steps.

That work has taught me to listen closely. A business owner asking for a better process may also be looking for breathing room. Someone building a brand may be finding the confidence to put themselves out there. Understanding what matters to the person behind the goal is where meaningful support begins.

Alongside my corporate career, I’ve built digital brands, created content and developed brand partnerships. My experience across sales, client success, logistics, accounting, operations and branding allows me to connect the creative vision with the work required to sustain it.

FRNZ brings those experiences together with something personal: my belief that your ambitions deserve care, attention and a real plan.
